Shipping Eligibility
We currently deliver to most pin-codes in India. If you want to confirm your pin-code, please mail us at support@jiashaanti.com
Shipping Multiple Addresses:
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
Shipping International Orders:
We ship outside India (primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). You can expect your orders to be delivered at almost all locations in the world. For international orders:
- We charge ₹3000 (most common countries) for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge ₹2000. For other countries, shipping is charged on actuals.
- In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For the US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties. For Europe/UK, our shipments are done as per laws and may have import duties/collection fees. Delivery Charges:
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India.
- A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 95 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable).
- For international shipping, we charge ₹3000 for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge ₹2000. *Please write to us at support@jiashaanti.com in case of any queries
Timelines:
All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public Holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days.
