  • Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them (if not shipped).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partners.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3–7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Customized or stitched products
    • Altered garments
    • Clearance/sale items
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
